It’s April, which means it’s time to start thinking about this year’s All-Star season.
FYB will select the following forecasted teams to send to the Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth District All-Star tournaments: (These are the forecasted teams. The board may choose to add or drop other teams due to circumstances but not limited to Coaching and Player participation.)
- 6U Year Old T-Ball (Tournament Qualifier 6/8 Ocala)
- 8U Year Old Baseball (Tournament Qualifier 6/15 Ocala)
District 13 Babe Ruth Tournament at Eastbay Complex:
- 9U, 10U, 11U 50/70, 12U 46/60, 12U 50/70 (District Tournaments 6/14 – 6/18)
- 13U, 14U 15U (District Tournaments 6/28 – 7/2)

Team selection will be completed just prior to the end of the season and announcements will be made the week of May 6, 2017. Your child MUST BE AVAILABLE for practices and games during this time period.
DO NOT turn in a form if your child will not be available to practice and attend the tournaments. All teams will be selected by the current managers for the players in their respective divisions.
If your child is selected as an All-Star, the fee is $150. This includes jerseys and caps.
PLEASE NOTE: The additional purchase of pants, belts and socks will be coordinated by the managers of each team. Each child’s family is responsible for the cost/purchase of these items as well, plus travel, hotel, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE: COMPLETING AN ELIGIBILITY FORM DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOUR CHILD WILL BE PLACED ON AN ALL-STAR TEAM. IT ONLY MAKES HIM/HER ELIGIBLE FOR THE ALL-STAR SELECTION PROCESS.
